This performance is an attempt to relativize and question human uniqueness by blurring the borders within men and their surrounding. It researches a way to physically distance the human body from any identity and to embrace ‘being’ in its purest form. With the usage of plaster, the borders between body and space slowly fade away. Everything starts to become equal. The performance is an accumulation of acts where we see the practical preparation of both the plaster and the performers’ bodies in order to be able to undergo this transition. The transformation itself, and the echo that it leaves behind. The bodies slowly but steadily become one with the plaster, giving the idea that they will permanently dissolve into the surroundings, that they will disappear into it.
